📣 Classroom Liaisons
Act as a direct bridge between teachers, the PTO, and parents! Liaisons help facilitate communication, manage grade-level Facebook pages, coordinate monthly updates, and organize collective teacher gifts and birthday celebrations. Love bringing ideas to life? Help us plan and organize our big PTO events behind the scenes. Committee leads are always welcome—and highly encouraged—to come with a fresh vision and run with it!
✋ Day-of Event Volunteers
Perfect for parents who want to help out but have limited time. Lend an extra hand on deck for an hour or two with event setup, cleanup, running activity booths, or checking families in.
⚙️ Behind-the-Scenes Logistics
Prefer tasks you can check off from your phone or computer? Help the board make phone calls, secure local vendors, or coordinate picking up supplies for school functions.
🎁 Donations & Contributions
Willing to send in requested supplies or snack donations for upcoming events? Or maybe you're comfortable reaching out to local businesses to see if they'd be willing to donate items or gift certificates? This makes a massive impact.

Have a hobby or professional skill you'd like to share? We love involving families who have backgrounds or interests in photography, graphic design, woodworking, community connections, or local business sponsorships!
📅 Our 2026/2027 Event Lineup
Please note: Event dates are subject to change, but here is a look at what we are imagining for this year!
- BooHoo Breakfast (Aug 4): A morning social on the first day of school to welcome our incoming Kindergarten parents as they drop off their students.
- Back to School Bingo (Aug 21): An off-campus community social night held to kick off the school year.
- Raise Craze & Fun Run (Sep 22 - Oct 6): Our signature school-wide fundraiser! A high-energy campaign centered around raising funds while completing acts of kindness, culminating in an on-campus Fun Run.
- Fall Festival & Movie Night (October TBD): An autumn community event featuring a trunk-or-treat and an outdoor movie screening.
- Holiday Shop (Dec 7-11): A multi-day winter boutique where students get the opportunity to independently budget, shop, and wrap small holiday gifts for their families.
- Winter Carnival (Jan 23): A major school-wide winter tradition packed with bounce houses, rides, games, food trucks, and local vendors.
- VIP Week (Feb 22-27): A special week inviting our students' Very Important People onto campus.
- VIP Dance (Feb 27): Culmination of VIP week in a beautiful community evening dance in the school courtyard.
- Adult Only Fundraiser (Apr 17): A major parent-and-staff social fundraiser. (Details TBD!)
- Teacher Appreciation Week (May 3-7): A coordinated week of catered meals, treats, and logistical support to spoil and celebrate our incredible staff.
- Waterpark Day (May 21): The ultimate last-day-of-school celebration featuring massive outdoor waterslides and water activities in the courtyard.
